Our Croydon development focused on breathing new life into an older one-bedroom flat, transforming it into a sought-after modern two-bedroom property. A key priority for this project was our commitment to environmentally conscious materials and practices. From the bamboo flooring and eco-friendly paint to the installation of a highly efficient boiler and locally sourced, environmentally accredited windows, we meticulously aimed to minimise waste throughout the renovation. This project stands as one of our most environmentally focused to date.
